Refund Process

  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item, here's what to expect:

  1. Inspection: 1-3 business days to inspect the returned item
  2. Approval: 1 business day to approve the refund after inspection
  3. Processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by our finance team
  4. Bank processing: 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost in transit.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges
